Most people wonder who might be the Smartest Person in the World?Have you ever thought that you are the smartest person in the world?Well many have,and that's totally normal.According to Guiness book of Records,Kim Ung Yong,14-year-old(at the time),who was speaking four languages and solving integral calculus(math problems)at the age four,is said to tip the mental scales with an IQ of 210,which was scored on the Stanford Binet Test.

One may then ask a question;"if I don't have an IQ of 210,does it mean am not smart or intelligent?;if I am not good at solving Math problems does it mean am dull?

It does not necessarily imply that inablity to solve math problems depict unintelligence. However, every succesful work comes out of hardwork and determination.

A good example of a hardworking and determined personality is Dr Mensah Otabil who failed his exam  and had to re-write several times.He however has a university as at now all because of determination and hardwork.

Other candidates for that title(Smartest person in the World)include Marilyn Vos Savant, Chris Langan.

There could be smarter people that no one knows about,kids who are very smart but no one would value their mental abilities and eventually their high intelligence becomes dormant.Also,individuals so smart that they don't even need someone to know how smart they are,or they simply don't wish to bring attention to themselves either for fear of being alienated,picked or exploited.

Many people have various definitions or terminologies for what they call smartness.Some measure smartness according to eloquence,some according to dressing,some according to intelligence.
